DESCRIPTION: Contributing to Scotia Investment’s overall success by contributing to the quality and effectiveness of the organization’s sales efforts; Contribute to growth of the Wealth Management; Providing excellent financial advice to existing and new investment clients; Providing complete portfolio planning for clients in line with their goals and preparing reviews for existing clients; Reviewing clients’ portfolios and recommending adjustments in strategy in line with changing market conditions or changing client needs; Marketing and selling all products and services of the company to both existing and prospective clients to achieve set targets with respect to volumes and profits; Conducting group and individual presentations as requested; Ensure the delivery of customer service fosters overall customer satisfaction; Ensuring customers’ requests are promptly and efficiently processed, and decisions conveyed to customers; Assisting with the effective monitoring of the sales delivery processes; Meet regulatory, compliance and bank policies and procedures for customer transactions
QUALIFICATIONS:A first degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline with at least three years’ experience in the field of wealth management; Must be a licensed Dealer Representative and completed the Mutual Funds selling/certification and Jamaican Securities courses; Thorough knowledge of the investment market and customer life cycle; Excellent networking, communication and client relationship building skills; Proven track record in client acquisition, retention and cross-selling with specific emphasis on strategies to grow clients portfolios
