Staff WriterJOB TITLE: Senior Qualified Surveyor
LOCATION: SBI JV Limited, Montego Bay
DESCRIPTION: Responsible for all survey issues for the Project; Keep track and record all survey related data; Prepare surveying drawing using AutoCAD; Responsible for all as built layout plans; Report to Project Director all survey related matters and pre-inform the Project Director of possible problems; Plan and schedule survey programs & activities of the runway; Ensure that equipment are all properly calibrated and maintained; Assist with Quantity surveying
QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess at least a professional degree or its equivalent in engineering/surveying; At least twenty years experience in carrying out work on motorways and runways; Knowledge of surveying with GPS and three dimensional coordinated systems; Experience in AutoCAD drawing; Experience in precision leveling within the asphalt industry; Must be able to converse fluently in Spanish; Candidate must be willing to work both day and night; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
