DESCRIPTION: Guide First Global Financial Services Limited (FGFS) as it seeks to create a path towards continued improvement and profitability in a changing environment; Developing and managing the Company’s strategic plans through the coordination of the ongoing strategic planning exercises; Managing the Balanced Scorecard process, always ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy; Conduct timely and on-going reviews of the Company’s performance against established targets; Providing market information; Analysis and insight to the FGFS President and senior management team to help maximize business performance.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in Management Studies, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent; At least 5 years experience at a managerial level in a financial services institution at least 3 of which should be in strategy development and management and/or financial forecasting and analysis; Sound understanding of the macro-economic climate and how it impacts the financial sector; Demonstrated competence in financial analysis and scenario planning; Sound knowledge of the Financial Services industry, particularly financial markets and brokerage operations; Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills; Strong leadership and people management skills; Good planning and organizational skills; Good conceptualization and time management skills; Good presentation and facilitation skills
