JOB TITLE: Supervisor
LOCATION: Global Gateway Solutions – Netflix – Montego Bay
DESCRIPTION: Drive team performance to provide a consistently outstanding customer experience; Proactively identify potential issues with performance and effectively communicate concerns; Provide floor support for new training and process roll outs; Assist in increasing effectiveness of existing employees; Participate in evaluation and assessments; Coach and develop representatives to address specific areas of focus or performance
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 3 CXC subjects (including Math and English); Certificate in Supervisory Management from a recognized institution would be an asset; Ability to read, well, spell, and use proper grammar in writing; minimum of two years experience leading a team; Designation of Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) or other business related studies including typing skills would be an asset; Strong customer service skills; Ability to communicate with customers at various technical levels orally and written; Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate peers towards achieving client/program specific goals; Ability to deliver excellent customer service; Ability to type a minimum of 60 WPM; Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications; Excellent written and verbal communications skills; Good probing, problem solving, troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills; Demonstrated time management skills and ability to act on own initiative; Ability to work with detailed information and b e able to meet specific deadlines; Ability to work flexible schedules (including weekends and public holidays); All applicants must have a valid Government issued photo ID, TRN & NIS numbers; Successful candidates must be able to furnish a police record and pass an employment background check
