QUALIFICATIONS: 3-4 years experience as a Technician in a fast paced environment; Tertiary Level Education or NVQJ Level 3 to 5; Sound working knowledge and experience of air conditioning/refrigeration systems; Exposure to industrial kitchen equipment; Excellent interpersonal and team building skills; Analytical and troubleshooting skills; Effective written and oral communication skills; High attention to detail and level of accuracy; Be able to work on own initiative and to effectively manage time; Be able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
