Location: Montego Bay
Description: Prepare technical support representatives to perform their job effectively. Includes providing new staff with product knowledge, company information and the necessary customer service skills. Provide cross training, new product training, updates, refreshers, and recursive training. Create lesson plans for training delivery; review, evaluate and modify if necessary the training curriculum; Prepare materials and resources for training delivery; Provide clear instructions using a variety of techniques and activities; Enforce adherence and attendance of participants; Maintain a positive learning environment; Evaluate learning and mastery of content, skills and procedures; Provide feedback and guidance to students; Complete daily, weekly, and end of training reports and submit to all pertinent parties; Perform quality audits to meet the account weekly quota; Attend calibration sessions; Support all areas of account operations by sharing knowledge, motivating agents and team work within the different departments
Interact with clients when necessary for training purposes, especially regarding curriculum and training modifications (all modifications must be approved by the client); Other tasks as assigned by account manager
Qualifications: 1 year experience in Technical Support; Demonstrated group facilitation skills desired; 3 years of experience in a training environment; Technical Support knowledge (Networking, Software Installing and troubleshooting); Intermediate use of Microsoft Office suite.
