Description: Lead the Credit Union’s strategy of exploiting these new opportunities for increased membership growth, increased market share and improved profitability
Qualifications: A graduate of a recognized tertiary institution who holds advanced professional qualification in business management with specialization in marketing; At least 10 years progressive experience in marketing and business development; Strong customer focus and customer relationship building skills; Excellent skills in team work and co-operation; High degree of innovativeness; Proven track record in marketing and business development; Strong research and analytical skills. Candidates who are invited for an interview will be required to make a presentation outlining the strategic approach they would recommend to the Credit Union.
