Location: Sagicor/PanCaribbean; Kingston and St Andrew

Description: Assist in executing Corporate Secretarial functions including preparing stock reports, maintaining logs and records, and assisting in maintaining corporate secretarial manual; Perform Compliance Related functions including initiating and preparing notices, advices and reports; Maintain bank records for Company; Assist with pre-meeting and post-meeting preparations for board and committee meetings assigned; Provide secretarial and administrative services for the Vice President; Legal Counsel.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies, or an equivalent qualification, from a recognized tertiary institution; ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries Association) designation; At least two (2) years’ working experience in Corporate Secretarial administration; Strong organizational skills in planning and scheduling; Good communications skills and ability to communicate with persons at all levels of the organization; Sound knowledge of computer software packages including word processing and spreadsheet applications; Knowledge of corporate secretarial practices and procedures and Company Law; Good analytical abilities; High level of sensitivity and tact; Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality; High degree of professionalism
