Location: Kingston and St. Andrew, St. James

Description: Fully responsible for the stores’ operational compliance, sales & efficiency metrics (food & labor costs), recruitment and training and overall guest satisfaction. Report directly to the CEO and directly supervise four store management teams of 4 persons each. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and hands-on management style; Strong verbal communicator and ability to manage people; Proven ability to recruit, train and motivate teams; Ability to work independently to drive results, implement systems and maintain procedural discipline; Customer oriented personality; Strong inventory management, purchasing and administrative skills; Weekly travel between Kingston &  Montego Bay required

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years in the restaurant, food service, hospitality (food and beverage), retail industries; referred minimum of 3 years in a restaurant management capacity.  Multiple location management highly preferred; Previous experience in the Wendy’s system HIGHY preferred; Previous experience with ALOHA preferred; BA/BS in Business, Operations, Hospitality or similar such degree
