Location: Sagicor/PanCaribbean, Kingston and St Andrew

Description:  Key Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of documentation review projects in progress within departments; Recommend documentation standards and requirements for User Procedures and other documents; Guide and co-ordinate the development of business process documentation and project documentation; Review draft documentation for conformance with established standards and, when necessary, recommend changes; Interview business users to understand their processes and then translate these interviews into flowcharts and Word documents; Create process diagrams and maintain changes in the business process repository; Co-ordinate distribution to ensure that all authorized holders of business documentation are furnished with up-to-date copies;

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized tertiary institution; Expertise in the preparation of process flow diagrams and of flowcharting tools, such as Microsoft Visio; Two years’ work experience, preferably in the insurance industry; Experience in documentation preparation and user training; Sound knowledge of computer productivity applications especially word processing programs; Good knowledge of administration procedures; Strong critical-thinking skills; Excellent technical writing and oral communication skill; Ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the organization
