Location: Pepsi-Cola Jamaica Bottling Company Limited, Kingston

Description: Responsible mainly for the preparation of economic analysis to support the day-to-day business decision-making; Responsible also for leading the quarterly forecasting process and assisting in the annual budget exercise; as well, other ad hoc reports as needed by management; Prepare, maintain and distribute periodic financial reports to the functional leaders such as: Monthly Sales Flash, Monthly Cash Flow, Brand & Package Performance, Monthly Expense variance reports and provide analytical support as requested that identify risks and opportunities to plan and prior year figures; compile the monthly P & L reports to facilitate the management’s review; Develop forecasts that are consistently and accurately delivered, including identified risks and opportunities that might arise;  Assist in the month-end closing reporting process, providing liaison between Corporate and Jamaica;  Drive the ROIC initiative into the Capital Acquisition process allowing users to see the end goal of the Company and safeguarding the investment dollars of the company into projects that deliver or improve upon the desired ROIC; Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and ensure the fluctuations are discussed and included as part of the forecast build-up; Assist in the coordination of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process by developing plans for the process and ‘roll out’ to the organization so that there is alignment and compliance as to due dates; Prepare reports for monthly consolidation purposes and support the preparation of periodic business reviews;  Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed;     Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required and/or Level I CFA or Level II ACCA.; Minimum of 5 years experience in reporting, consolidation and financial analysis. Experience in retail/food & beverage industry a plus; Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting. IFRS knowledge would be preferred; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel & Access); Must be meticulous and self-motivated with strong organizational and analytical skills;  Ability to work well with others in a dynamic environment; Team player; Strong leadership qualities; Requisite knowledge of the beverage industry.
