Description: Provide outstanding leadership to the areas of: Brand Strategy/Architecture; Program Evaluation & Analysis; Innovation & Planning; Lead a Group marketing strategy for the region (Jamaica, Trinidad & the Dominican Republic) that demonstrates informed client insight; Partner with the leadership team to drive the achievement of business targets; Own brand performance, analyzing program effectiveness against critical business drivers to deliver outstanding performance; Build, stimulate and lead a high performance marketing team that values innovation and customer responsiveness; Maintain a network of positive relationships with stakeholders to keep abreast of market developments and ensure the company’s voice is heard
Qualifications: A seasoned professional with an MBA (Marketing), Project Management Certification and an exceptional track record in marketing financial services, with significant P&L exposure; Knowledge of relevant laws, secured lending transactions and money market instruments; A proven experience in managing the marketing function across a Group of Companies; Advanced training in strategic planning would be a distinct asset; A sharp thinker with sound commercial acumen; Rounded people management skills to be able to develop and stretch the team and cultivate a sound support base; Self-driven, with professional presence, excellent conceptual and listening skills, having a network of amazing relationships with agencies and key stakeholders
