Location: First Global Bank, Kingston
Description: Provide pension management services to a portfolio of medium sized and large pension fund clients; Ensure all their needs are met in a timely manner; To directly provide the client with pension administrative services; Provide investment support services; Ensure that all other services, for example, accounting services are provided in a timely manner; S/he will play a business development role and will be required to acquire new pensions business; To assist with the verification of benefit calculations and payment requests.
Qualifications: A First Degree in Actuarial Science, Accounts, Mathematics, Management Studies or equivalent; A minimum of three (3) years experience in the Financial Services Industry with a minimum of two (2) years in the Pensions field; Comprehensive product and industry knowledge; Sound knowledge of the Pensions Acts and the regulatory framework governing the industry; Specialized knowledge of Pension Administration, Pension legislation and regulations; Strong numeracy skills; Excellent client relationship skills; Strong report-writing and presentation skills; Good Business Development skills; Sound knowledge of investments and financial reports; Computer literate; Ability to act on own initiative; Ability to get things done within deadline; The ability to communicate well both orally and in writing with varying personalities
