Description: The Shift Manager’s main objective is to execute the strategy set by the account. Coordinate and motivate supervisors in order to deliver high quality service. Manage account metrics and Supervisor’s performance. Develop team’s talent, motivate and retain employees.Ensure effective implementation and daily management of the company’s values, policies and procedures. Provide information for client communications in matters of center performance, reporting, systems, staffing product development and complaints.
Qualifications: Advanced education in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineer, Systems Engineer preferred. Two to three years call center experience as a supervisor, previous experience managing teams is a plus.
