responsible for every day operational tasks at aquatic facilities under the supervision and direction of the Aquatic Facility

Manager or Park Manager. Work related activities would include all facets of recreational programming and service delivery.

Responsibilities include providing overall supervision of programs, services, facilities, and personnel, assuming

responsibility for facility in the absence of the Pool Manager, maintaining aquatic facility providing the highest attention

to safety for participants and employees, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: One year of prior related work

experience in aquatics operations preferred. The ability to obtain Ellis & Associates Lifeguard license is required. The

ability to obtain a Water Safety Instructor certificate is desired. Must be able to communication effectively and are people

oriented and have customer service skills. A valid Indiana driver’s license is required. Must be able to work evenings,

weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Bilingual skills particularly in Spanish are preferred.

Lifeguard. Wage: $8/Hr. Responsibilities: Position is responsible for everyday operational tasks at assigned park location

under the supervision and direction of the Pool Manager or Head Lifeguard. Qualifications: High school diploma and/or

stage equipment and techniques. General knowledge of electrical systems as they relate to sound, lighting and stage equipment

and production. Ability to plan and organize activities. Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing. Ability to

work productively under general supervision. Must be self motivated. Work requires regular lifting and carrying of equipment

up to 80 pounds, working in varied weather conditions including inclement weather. Driving – requires a valid Indiana Drivers
