Responsibilities include providing overall supervision of programs, services, facilities, and personnel, assuming
responsibility for facility in the absence of the Pool Manager, maintaining aquatic facility providing the highest attention
to safety for participants and employees, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: One year of prior related work
experience in aquatics operations preferred. The ability to obtain Ellis & Associates Lifeguard license is required. The
ability to obtain a Water Safety Instructor certificate is desired. Must be able to communication effectively and are people
