The Jamaica Overseas Teachers Association (JOTA) UK supported by Facilitators For a Better Jamaica (FFBJ) and Black Londoners Forum (BLF) plus other supporting organisations like Voicing for Jamaica is please to announce our collaboration with the National Union of Teachers (NUT).

Protest and lobby at the Department for Education
and the Home Office
Wednesday 11th July 2007 from 5pm to 6:30pm
Assemble: 2 Marsham Street SW1P
Bring Banners, Placards, Whistles
Bring Friends and Colleagues
Supported by London NUT branches, Bristol NUT, Jamaican Teachers Organisation, National Assembley Against Racism and others
Please circulate to all those interested in stopping the injustice against our valued overseas colleagues

Please remember to go online and sign up TO THE NO 10 DOWNING STREET PETITION http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/OTTQTSPetition/ so far 272 persons have signed.
