Negril was transformed into PARADISE at the Hedonism II Resort to celebrate Jamaica’s 48th year of Independence and it was one crazy, wild & exciting weekend from August 5 to 8. The entire weekend was jam packed with events & activities hosted by Rockwildaz Entertainment, and one such exciting elements, was the rising singer Kimberly Nain who wowed her audience of visitors from all over the world with 6 breathtaking performances over 2 nights.
Upon taking the stage for her first ever performance in Negril, Jamaica, Kimberly began by singing a cover of Christina Aguilera’s hit single “Hurt” that from the very first note, she had her audience in awe at her amazing vocal ability which seemed to have traveled along the entire Negril beach strip. Kimberly continued to have her audience listening with enthusiasm with covers from Beyonce, Jennifer Hudson, Rihanna, Jazmine Sullivan & Natasha Beddingfield.
“Great performance Kimberly”, “Wow you are amazing”, “You have a great voice and I wish you all the best in your career” were some the sentiments being expressed by the guests and members of the hotel’s management team.
Kimberly also played “dance instructor” to international guests for the PARADISE Weekend alongside dancer Mystic Davis who also delivered an energetic performance during the weekend. “It was a wonderful experience and I am very much looking forward to experiencing & performing in PARADISE next year” Kimberly expressed. “It is more than just a party, it’s a lifetime experience that everyone should treat them self to.
At the tender age of 21, the young singer, performer, songwriter, model, hostess, actress, make up artist, teacher & law student to name a few is well poised to explode locally and overseas as she continues to impress audiences, label representatives & concert promoters from the United States & Europe.
She closed by saying “the idea of working with a crowd not familiar to me as an artiste was a very new and exciting experience. I used every opportunity to promote my talents and based on feedback from guests & employees of the hotel, It was well absorbed. My work will not end here, I intend on taking it to the world at large, one step at a time. PARADISE Weekend was indeed a weekend in Paradise, performances went smoothly and I did my best to keep my crowd in awe with every note & everything that I did over the weekend. I hope to be in the line up for many shows and events to come, showcasing my talent to the world and adding them to my list of experiences to better my performance each time.”
Kimberly Nain is currently preparing for a one-on-one performance night at Christopher’s inside QUAD Night Club in August as well as a couple of original single releases and a remake of Alicia Keys’ “Love Is Blind” by Nellie Roxx.
