Kenardo Ellis (Musician)
Kenardo Ellis, artistically known as ‘Ken Ellis’ is a roots and jazz artist. He hails from New Hall District, Manchester, Jamaica and undertook studies in music at The Edna Manley College of Visual and Performing Arts. He was the former lead singer of the 6Points Band, which he also played with on numerous stages in the island. His contemporary blend of classic soul and reggae has created a unique sound, resonating amongst both the mature and youthful musical ear. Ken has infused his unique sound together with inspirations from Al Green, Ray Charles, Burning Spear, Bob Marley to create a soul roots style of singing and performance.
