Kingston Kitchen The Night Market Cancelled, Gran’ Market On December 22, 2012, Hope Gardens

Kingston Kitchen friends and family,
It is with a heavy heart that we officially announce that The Night Market that was to be held this Saturday November 3rd, has now been cancelled.

In light of the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, a number of our exhibitors, as well as our sponsors, were badly affected, and now have to deal with damage to property etc. We understand the cost associated with this, as well as the cost associated with participating in a food event, and while we and many others will be very sad to hear of the cancellation, we must first look to protect our exhibitors and sponsors.

Plans have, however, already started on our GRAN’ MARKET that will be held on Saturday December 22nd. Part day and part night, this event will be a fantastic culmination of a wonderful year. We have hosted well over 7,000 people at our events so far this year; have received 40,000 hits on our website; and have produced a magazine that on average is read by about 12,500 each time (a total of 75,000 people…as an aside, we will still be producing a magazine for the cancelled event and it will be available from next week). Our family has really grown, and we have all of you to thank for it! Many thanks for your continued support.

We do hope that you will be able to join us in December to celebrate our first year!
Always, Eat Good!
