Team Rebel Vibez has returned from their promotional tour in Jamaica with new projects, new music and a whole new energy. “We were welcomed like family and we would like to give thanks to everyone who supported Lil’Bit’s 1st visit to Jamaica” says Carrie Mullings.
Much love to Dwayne Williams of Dugal Records (road manager), Computer Paul Henton of Bootcamp Records, Robert Browne of Dubwise Records, Denise “Isis” Miller of Roots FM, Richard “Richie B” Burgess of Mello FM, Step By Step Band and everyone involved in our progressive movements while in Jamaica.
CVM TV was the launching ground for Elaine Lil’Bit Shepherd’s official music video “Lady In The Streets” on October 3rd. The video received a great response from the viewers and we are now happy to be releasing it officially to our homeland Canada & the rest of the World.
“Lady In The Streets” was Lil’Bit’s first single that was released in 2009. “This song was a huge stepping stone for me when I was first breaking out into the Reggae scene and it soon became an anthem of consciousness, not only for myself, but for all the men and women that listened to it and loved it. I knew however that having a video for the song would heighten its delivery and would reach out to a larger audience, and though it’s taken some time, I am pleased to finally be able to release this video” says Lil’Bit. “It was really fun shooting this video around Toronto, Ontario which I consider to be my second home in Canada, and it was truly a great experience and a blessing to work with Sean & Christian. It was a pleasure to work with Christian, a young and extremely talented entrepreneur whose work ethic mirrored my own” adds Shepherd.
We want to extend a special thanks to our team members, Executive Producer – Sean Wells, Director – Christian and all those who made this video possible.
We hope you all enjoy the video and we wish you a very happy Thanksgiving weekend.
