Life Worth Living Pharmacy and Nirvana Health Services announced today that they have entered into a joint venture agreement. The purpose of this partnership is to help both companies to better serve the central Florida community by providing patients with greater health care options and comprehensive wellness programs. It also better positions the two companies to meet the needs of the rapidly changing healthcare industry. More healthcare services are projected to be provided in the home or at alternate sites of administration, which is in line with Life Worth Living Pharmacy’s patient service model for its infusion and pharmacy business.

According to Elizabeth Ayotunde, Vice President of Life Worth Living Pharmacy, “the favorable demographic trends including aging of the U.S. population, which is driving the demand for at home care, and the need for cost containment and to reduce hospital re-admission rates, all favor growth in the Infusion/Home Health industry.
