Liverpool’s star player , Jamaican-born, Raheem Sterling responded via a tweet (below) to The Sun newspaper referring to Jamaica as a ‘gun-filled slum’. The newspaper made this reference in an article titled “Raheem Sterling’s rise from Jamaica to Liverpool” published this week. Raheem was born in Jamaica, and moved to England with his mother at the age of 5.
