Description: To write research briefs and to liaise with external research suppliers in the execution of marketing research projects; Write marketing research reports and schedule; Design and deliver marketing research presentations; Managing a marketing research budget; Organizing the payment of all research providers;
Organizing and executing in-house research projects from thought to finish will also fall under his/her scope of responsibilities; To recruit and maintain a minimum of 30 Survey Administrators and two (2) Marketing Research Report Writers at all times; Work with the company’s pool of Marketing Research Report Writers in the execution of projects; Responsible for maintaining the company’s Agent Panel, and re-energizing and maintaining the company’s Consumer Panel.
Qualifications: Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a strong background in research methodologies; Have at least 3 years experience in a marketing research position; Have working knowledge of market research software such as SPSS and Snap Pro; Have expert skills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Be an excellent communicator with exceptional critical thinking skills; Be adaptable and possessing of great self-control; Written at least three (3) Research Briefs in the last year; Experience liaising with professional research suppliers in the execution of marketing research projects; Written at least three (3) marketing research reports in the past year; Recruited at least seven (7) Survey Administrators/Data Collector in the past year
