On A Mission – Maroon to Rasta brings together four documentary films, their creator and commentators to look at evolving manifestations of the Jamaican nation from Maroons wresting their freedom from the British, to Marcus Garvey’s international struggle for social justice, to the emergence ofthe cultural phenomena of Rastafari.
