I hope that you will enjoy listening to this album as much as I enjoyed writing, and producing some of the tracks. Thank you for every experience and for keeping me inspired”.

Quotes from NYC Launch Event:
“With the release of his 6th album “Reggae Euphoria” veteran sing-jay Mr. Vegas showcases the broad swathe of influences that differentiate his musical approach from that of his Jamaican contemporaries. Vegas’ acoustic performance of the album’s tracks at his NYC release party (held at Miss Lily’s Variety) spotlighted the breadth of his versatility: he captured the bittersweet essence of Leonard Cohen’s immortal “Hallelujah” and comfortably adapted a reggae inflection to Miley Cyrus’ pop hit “The Climb”. But Reggae Euphoria’s finest tracks are the original tunes emphasizing Vegas’ celebrated, nimble sing-jay rhymes such as the humorous male/female rivalry depicted on the 1990s dancehall flavored “Who Rule” (featuring Latty J) and the jaunty mento-tinged hit “My Jam”.

“Monday September 22nd I attended a very intimate experience. Mr. Vegas threw this up close and personal album release party at Miss Lilly’s in NYC. Seldom do you see the artist mingle with the crowd before their showcase but Mr. Vegas was actually the first person I saw when I walked in. Took pictures and spent time with almost everyone in attendance. After about an hour Vegas took the stage and performed selected songs from his new album. The part that really got my attention was the fact that he did in entirely acoustically. It was something to experience as he stripped down the songs to nothing but a guitar and small percussion set up. I felt the feeling and emotion behind each song. Definitely a night I won’t soon forget. Great album and great event”.
