Ojai Classic Rock & Reggae Festival: 3-day Music Festival Features Top-named Tribute Acts, August 12-14, 2011

OJAI CLASSIC ROCK & REGGAE FESTIVAL, a 3-Day music festival rolls into the brand new Libbey Bowl in Downtown Ojai on Friday Aug. 12, Saturday Aug. 13, and Sunday Aug. 14, 2011. With over 25 hours of live music, this family friendly event will feature the very best in Rock and Reggae, original songwriters, and top-named tribute acts.
 
One of the many expected highlights of this incredible weekend of fun will be the debut of FORTUNATE SONS, a group made up of the sons of classic rock stars Leon Russell (Teddy Jack), Rodger Hodgson (Andrew) and Bob Siebenberg (Jesse) of Supertramp and John McEuen (Jonathan) of the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. Also featured in the line-up are nationally known tribute performers to Led Zeppelin by LED ZEPAGAIN; Neil Young by The Neil Deal; The Who by The Who Show; Rolling Stones by Hollywood Stones; Grateful Dead by Skull and Roses; Jerry Garcia Band by The Maykers; Cream by Yesterday’s Child; Lynyrd Skynyrd by One More From The Road; Foreigner by Double Vision; The Beatles by Sgt. Pepper; and AC/DC by Bonfire.
 
Friday night puts the REGGAE in the Ojai Classic Rock and Reggae Festival with a line-up of some of California’s great Reggae groups. Scheduled for Friday August 12 is RISING SON, BETTER CHEMISTRY, and MEET ME AT THE PUB
 
Attendees will enjoy music in the park throughout the weekend during set breaks by Rachel Sedacca, Shaky Feelin’, Bob Ballard, Deja Blu, Boogie Stew, Full Circle, Crinoline, Three-Legged Dawg, and Soulfiyah.
