The countdown has begun!  Voluptuous, glamorous and sensual!  That’s the theme for this summer’s fabulous “Phashionistas on the Runway”:  Plus Size Edition Fashion Show which takes place at 8pm, on August 22nd, 2010.  The elegant and conveniently located venue of the Renaissance Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale buzzes with excitement over the well-anticipated unveiling of the most alluring plus-size models and designs in this “MUST SEE” runway extravaganza.

There will be more than 50 beautiful “phashionistas” on the runway, wearing the never-before- seen-collections of over ten of Florida’s best couture designers.  The show features designers such as Desiree Fleming of Voluptuous You, who created her line for curvaceous women addicted to fashion; Dawn Walden of Lavouches, who specializes in sportswear, swimwear and resort wear; Brandy Le’tron Harris of Le’tron’s Fashions, whose works exude glitz and glamour via glitter, metallic fabrics, glass mirrors, & heavy embellishments and Michelle Russell of Russ Chelle, who is known for her sexy, sassy and provocative lingerie lines.  Phashionistas reign!

Mckenzie Model Agency and Mr. Maurice Tucker, CEO of Phashionshows, have had a successful track record of producing fashion shows over the years.  “We expect well over 500 guests at this event and the show hosts ‘South Florida Shops”, with vendors selling clothing, jewelry and other gorgeous merchandise.  The show’s entertainment and emcee are courtesy of Hype Radio.
