Like the typical Jamaican I have fruits growing in the back yard. This weekend I picked an pineapple from the home farm. Even though I did not plant it (my wife did) I felt proud. Then my thoughts went back to Jamaica where you hear complaints that we are not growing what we eat. How many of us would become farmers?
