US rap duo makes debut appearance in JA – this August
Kingston, Jamaica:– Rap duo, Playaz Circle, popularly known for their hit “Duffle Bag Boy”, which features Lil Wayne, hits the stage in Jamaica at “Face To Face” on Saturday, August 9, 2008. Serani and Bugle is also bringing their energies to the event. The event is promoted by World Beat Music Group and Bacumi Entertainment and takes place at the Cable and Wireless Golf Academy.
Playaz Circle consists of two childhood friends – Tity Boi (Tauheed Epps) and Dolla Boy (Earl Conyers) – call College Park, GA home. When the duo was formed in 1997, they created the acronym Playaz, which stands for Preparing Legal Assets for Years from A-Z.
Now signed to Ludacris’ Disturbing Tha Peace label, their highly-anticipated debut album Supply & Demand was released on October 30, 2007. It featured the hit singles “Duffle Bag Boy” with Lil’ Wayne, “Betta Knock” and “U Can Believe It” with Ludacris.
Serani and Bugle are members of the inimitable DASECA family. With hits such as “Stinkin Rich”, “What Am Gonna Do”, “Study People”, “Journeys” and “Doh” under their belts, these artistes will be among the ones to watch. New summer hits “No Games” by Serani and “Set Me Free” by Bugle are tunes that fans can anticipate at the event.
