PM Simpson Miller speaks at Union Institute & University Commencement Ceremony Sunday May 6, 2007 – Miami, Florida

Prime Minister, Hon. Portia Simpson Miller will deliver the keynote address at the Commencement Exercise of the Union Institute & University, to be held on Sunday (May 6) at 4 p.m., at the Westin Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood.
Prior to the graduation ceremony, the Prime Minister is guest at a luncheon in her honor at the same venue.
The Prime Minister holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from that University located in Miami. She is also recipient of an honorary degree from that same institution which commended her for her “enduring efforts to improve the quality of life for all Jamaican citizens, regardless of race, class, color of creed.”
