Poem: I Still Look fly

I wear my hair dark like the night

Short, wrap and still, I look fly

Weave, wig, bald, colored

Maybe, sometime!

I wear my hair long,

Chin-length, drive some men

Wild; wavy, straight, well defined.

I wear my hair, any which way, I like

With my head up the sky

And still—to them, I am the boss,

I look so fly!”
