Poem: Quiet Spirit

Photo credit: Kristina Flour

As I dream, I vision your beautiful face,

In the many moods of galaxies:

Sweetness of your wind kisses, soothing void,

Comforting—holding joy and I knew,

It was you—quiet spirit,

I yearned for; I wish to feel your presence,

Soothing wounds, bathing and caressing—void;

Under the palm tree of the Caribbean, in the stillness,

Of clear blue water, love forms: As I dream—quiet spirit,

I vision you dancing to the soul and we sail in beauty

of your sunny sky, with the wind touching,

sacred places in my heart;

I dream—freedom with you the lover of my soul.
