Poem: When the Storm Rises

Within my life: I listen to your great composition:

When I feel void—I close my eyes, dream big,

Imagine, I am the notes, the chords, the eloquent,

Power of your merciful love: that makes everything right,

Not wrong: When the storm rises and tears may seep,

From my eyes: I know you Jesus will silence,

The hurricane—and place a beautiful, magnificent,

beam upon my life: Oh, that is such a great romance;

Not the kind that remove smiles, from the heart,

Face and give a deadly glance: When the storm rise,

And I feel hopelessly sad, I sing, oh yes, I sing,

A poetic beautiful—love song.
