Rastafari Government for Jamaica.

1) Can there be 60 Rastafari consolidates be found in Jamaica to stand up and represent the people of Jamaica?
2) Would Rastafari world wide support and give positive advice for good governance for Jamaica?
3) Should Jamaicans living outside of Jamaica be allowed to vote for Rastafari in Jamaican election and should a Rastafari Government change the Constitution to implement such? 
4) Presently only 40% of the population of Jamaica vote for all the present political parties in Jamaica, do you think it is a good chance for a Rastafari Alliance Movement http://www.nowjam.org/ can get the bald heads out.
5) Bob Marley say, if you see a youth get kill he or she is Rasta, because dem say kill them before them grow. Should Rastafari stop them from killing them so they can grow up so their light can shine?
