Dubbed the smaller sister to the bigger reggae shows in Germany, one has to admit that the power line up comes as more than a shock.  Reggae Jam has maintained what it´s known for, as the small, genuine, very “vibesy” small and refreshingly non-commercial reggae summer festival circuit in Germany for the past 20 years. The beautiful and relaxed setting with the backdrop being Bersenbrück has chosen however to celebrate its 20th Anniversary big this year. Germans, Jamaicans living in Germany or Europe can get for a very cheap price compared to other festivals their yearly dose of reggae music fix at a steal.
The lineup for this year is beyond strong and although the festival is known for showcasing smaller but talented acts that are not very well known, this year they brought out the heavy hitters. With power acts like Luciano, Gyptian, I-Octane, Lady Saw and Shaggy to name just a few, the 12,000 to 15,000 festival goers are in for the time of their lives.
