Joining Freddie, Chino, and Di Genius, from their Big Ship stable, are upcoming dancehall artists: Laden, Future Fambo, formerly Future Troubles, and Supa Hype for what PFB Entertainment aims to have fans calling ‘the reggae show of the year’.

Kicking things off from Toronto are  Lindo P, Eyesus,  J-Logix and  Dudsymill;  and that’s notall…A slew of musical mix masters including: the most requested, Spex; Fire Kid Steenie, Chris Dubbs, Dj Wiz, DJ Loudmouth and PFB Sound Crew with selectah Chris Nyce making his debut, have all been recruited to bring the hypest Friday night party vibes to the Guvernment.

Hosted by the Riddim Track Master-Spex, Crazy Chris and Chan Loo, this is a REGGAELUTION you can’t miss!

Freddie McGregor is a living legend. The internationally acclaimed, Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter and producer, has been an unstoppable staple on the reggae scene for over 40 years, particularly in the lovers rock, and roots & culture arenas.

With a legion of hit songs including: his signature Big Ship, Africa Here I Come, Bangarang, Push Come to Shove, and Guantanamera to name a few, Freddie McGregor will headline next Friday night’s bill. Meanwhile his offspring and roster represent for a new generation of reggae fans.

Fresh off a tour in Japan, promoting his sophomore album Never Change, Chino returns to Toronto to finish what he started earlier in the year when he rocked a Toronto audience with a brief appearance in May. With several of his own hits including: Protected, From Mawnin (Never Change), Pon Your Head, Before Dem Gone and In Da Streets, fans can look forward to Chino’s repertoire of earlier and current chart bangers.

Dubbed Di Genius, by the music industry at the tender age of 17, it is Stephen who has most to prove in Toronto as this marks his first time in Canada. Internationally renowned for his brilliant production skills, the youngest of the McGregors, has not only sealed his place in reggae annals, but has his own  hits brewing with tracks like ‘Cyaan Friend Again’ and Nah Forgive Them’.  This is going to be a REGGAELUTION!

Be a part of history and watch the stars in the making! With a line up of future musical masters, Reggaelution is jam-packed with fresh talent.  Currently on a musical high, Future Fambo, the self-styled ‘Drunken Master of the Dancehall’ is charting internationally with ‘Rum & Red Bull’ featuring  Beenie Man.

Well on the road to success, Fambo has already traveled the world, opening for some of the biggest names in dancehall including Bounty Killer and Movado. The success of Rum and Red Bull has prompted Fambo to release several singles including: This Life ft. Unga; Swag; Swaggaholic; Never Sober and Drink, and Drink with Richie Loops for some of the hottest producers in dancehall.

Fans have much to look forward to! Dancehall is young, fresh, innovative, and explosive – much like the Reggaelution line up, which also includes Laden. A finalist in Digicel’s Rising Star (Jamaica’s equivalent to American & Canadian Idol or X-Factor), Laden is filled with melodies and lyrics from his smash hit Time To Shine to Ghetto Palms.

The Big Ship is sailing from the ocean to the Great Lakes – Reggaelution is going to raise the roof of The Guvernment on Friday October 29th. Doors open @ 9PM.
