The much-anticipated annual River Ranch concert series has been announced and music fans will surely enjoy the variety of music. River Ranch Lodge is located on Highway 89 just three miles north of Tahoe City at Alpine Meadows Road. Celebrating its 40th anniversary, it is the premier outdoor live music venue in the Tahoe/Truckee area. The concert/dancing area is on the banks of the beautiful Truckee River. Come early and enjoy a fine dining experience and stay for the music. The River Ranch Lodge has 19 hotel rooms. We recommend that you book early if you plan to stay overnight.

MOONALICE

Groove to the sweet music of MOONALICE. This American rock band mixes a variety of genres with extended musical improvisations. The band features veteran all-star musicians Pete Sears (Jefferson Starship, Hot Tuna), Barry Sless (Phil and Friends, Rowan Brothers), John Molo (Phil and Friends, The Other Ones, John Fogerty), and Roger & Ann McNamee. Their acoustic set is at 9pm, and then they break out into the electric set at 10pm. Tickets are $10 in advance.
