SUCCESSFULIVING FILMS PRESENTS THE FIRST JAMAICAN PSYCHOLOGICAL THRILLER

New York – Successfuliving Films, the production team responsible for the unforgettable street classic Bashment – The Fork in the Road, will unveil the chilling psychological thriller The Roaming Lion in a special press screening on Monday, April 28, 2008 at the Times Square Arts Center in New York City.

WHAT: Under the backdrop of Brooklyn’s vibrant Caribbean culture, The Roaming Lion traces the path of the ruthless Symbolic Killer whose mysterious emblems provide authorities with the only clues to his identity. The Roaming Lion takes viewers on a terrifying, and at times comical, ride through the mind of a serial killer, while exploring poignant social and philosophical issues. Louie Rankin, best known for his roles as Jamaican drug lord “Ox” in Belly and “Teddy Bruck Shut” in Shottas, leads a cast of celebrities including the noted stage and screen actor Mykal Fax who is also the film’s director, David “H-Diggy” Duncan of the popular ‘What’s Up NY’ news program, Lacell Parnell who is better known by his rambunctious stage alter-ego “Girlie,” Jamaican playwright Michael Denton, Brian Blake, Nico Mus Rich, Howard Collins, and Melesia Thomas.
