US Based Singer/Songwriter/Producer Sadiki has scored his second #1 on the BBC’s World Reggae Beat Chart. The track titled “Before The Time”, is written by Sadiki and produced by Kemar Flava McGregor. It appears on the Club Dance riddim which also features Sinead O’Connor, Chalice, Nadine Sutherland among other artists.
Sadiki’s first #1 on the BBC chart came in 2011 with ”African Queen” from his International Lovers Rock album “Lifeline” (Skinny Bwoy/Joe Fraser).
Sadiki has kept extremely busy between album releases producing an album for Ska Legend Eric Monty Morris, producing the Various Artists albums “Hero” and “Menace” Riddim, penning Canadian Lovers Rock singer Tony Anthony’s current hit single “Settle Down” as well as managing Chalice Reggae Band, Eric Monty Morris and recently signing Rocksteady group The Tennors to management.
Sadiki will be featured on the upcoming Chalice anniversary album “A Song” (scheduled for release April 2012).
