One of the top cricketing organizations in the U.S., The South Florida Cricket Alliance, got a well needed injection of funds and supplementary support recently, as they signed a major sponsorship agreement with County Line Chiropractic Centers. The Alliance will receive a generous amount of cash, in-kind services and support gear in exchange for naming rights, exclusivity and promotional benefits.
The deal was reached after months of intense negotiations between both parties and culminated in the signing of the contract between Jeff Miller, president of the South Florida Cricket Alliance and County Line Chiropractic Centers COO, Maria Pazos on Monday, July 9 at the company’s County Line Road location. Other members of The Alliance executive present were Mike Bennett, vice-president, Hylton Gordon, treasurer and Trevor Harris, Secretary.
Doctor Robert Hochstein, CEO and Founder of County Line Chiropractic Centers was unavoidably absent at the signing but later commented that “County Line Chiropractic Centers is committed to serving the Caribbean community. We realize the importance and value the role cricket plays in the community and want to assist in furthering the goals of the South Florida Cricket Alliance.”
The sponsorship agreement signed will support the Alliance’s 45-overs competition, currently in progress, as well as the 20/20 competition which will be renamed the County Line Chiropractic 20/20 competition scheduled to begin in September with finals in December. The deal also calls for County Line Chiropractic Centers to supply playing gear as well as provide chiropractic examinations to all members of the Cricket Alliance and their families.
In signing the agreement, South Florida Cricket Alliance President Jeff Miller said “This is the first major corporate sponsorship we have received since our inception and it will make a significant contribution to the further development and expansion of cricket in South Florida. We are ecstatic about this sponsorship agreement and to be associated with County Line Chiropractic Centers.”
