The dancehall princess broke into the Jamaica music industry in 2016 with the single ‘Jiggle Jiggle’ and found international success collaborating with pop star Christina Aguilera on the track ‘Right Moves’ for Aguilera’s 2018 ‘Liberation’ album. As she has gotten famous, her music has taken on added gravitas. She has had viral hit songs such as ‘Hype & Bruk’ and ‘Hard Drive’ featuring Konshens and Rvssian which has racked up over 12 million hits on YouTube.

Shenseea kicked off her set with ‘Body Good’ that made way for her current hit ‘Trending Gal’ that had cameras phones flashing and hands waving before segueing into her viral hit ‘Love I Got For U’ that drew ear piercing screams from fans.

“Me freaky, that all when a April me a bawl out May, May….” she shared.

‘Pon Me,’ ‘Hard Drive’ and ‘Jiggle Jiggle’ were enthusiastically received, so too was her 2017 Vybz Kartel collab ‘Loodi’ that some say was never a collaboration. Today the ‘Jiggle Jiggle’ singer has put that controversy behind her and has soared to new heights in the dancehall space. She closed out her performance with ‘Shen Yeng Anthem,’ dedicated to her over one million plus #Shenyeng Instagram fans.

Joining Shenseea on stage were local DJ RS Roof Itt and New York based pop/reggae singer Gabriella Hernandez aka Goldie. The US born Goldie has Caribbean roots. Her dad hails from Cuba while her mom is from Dominica Republic. She teased during her short performance with her soon to be released video/single ‘Far Away’ that drops this month. The single showcases her honey-sweet voice, a throbbing reggae baseline with a hint of pop influence.
