Through its commitment to the delivery of best value, best network and best service, Digicel Group – which now has operations in 32 markets across the Caribbean, Central America and the Pacific - has been nominated in the ‘Best Operator in Developing Market’ and ‘Best Regional Operator’ categories of the awards.
Describing themselves as “uniting the telecoms industry each year to celebrate the best”, the World Communication Awards (WCA) are widely recognized as the most trusted global industry event of their kind and seek to recognize companies and individuals for excellence in innovation and service in the telecommunications sector.
On November 25th 2009, over 500 industry movers and shakers, CEOs and senior executives will witness key global industry players being recognized for their contribution to the telecommunications sector during the preceding year.
