Korean Army. Fans and management recently breathed a sigh of collective relief when it was announced that SKULLwould be receiving a furlough to perform at the REGGAE RISING FESTIVAL in Humbolt County on August 2nd along with International Reggaes ensation GENTLEMAN, Luciano, Capleton , The Original Wailers, TonyRebel, ASWAD, Queen Ifrica, Sister Carol, Toots and The Maytals, Marcia Griffiths, Freddie McGregor, and many others.
