Spirit Airlines Moves Up Service to Kingston with Fares Starting at $99*

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (June 23, 2005) – Spirit Airlines proudly launched its latest named Airbus A321. In a private ceremony yesterday, the airplane was named “Spirit of Jamaica” in honor of its newest destination.

We had planned to start our Kingston service in December but now we will start on November 10th. Spirit Airlines today announces a November 10, 2005 start date for its new non-stop service between Fort Lauderdale and Kingston, Jamaica. As previously announced, Spirit will begin its non-stop service between Fort Lauderdale and Montego Bay, Jamaica on November 10, 2005. Spirit will also offer connecting service to both Jamaican destinations from Atlantic City, Chicago/O’Hare, Detroit, NY/LaGuardia, Providence/Boston Area, and Washington, D.C./Reagan National.
