Become A Sponsor Of The 11th Annual JAMROCK ReggaeFest

Spread the love

The JAMROCK Reggaefest, formerly known as the Westchester Reggaefest, celebrates 11 years as the Tri-state’s principal Reggae event. This “must be there” event features Reggae giants from yesterday and today, as well as future Reggae stars.

Due to the overwhelming success of the Vintage Reggaefest in December, we’ve decided to act on that achievement and move the Summer Reggaefest to Manhattan as well! The JAMROCK Reggaefest will be held at the Hammerstein Ballroom on Saturday June 14th.

The 2007 JAMROCK Reggaefest was sold out as usual 6,470 people attended; all coming together and celebrating the Art of Music in true authentic Reggae style.
But what is a show without a great line-up? This year’s headliners include “Roots and Rock legend” Third World, the “King of the Dancehall” Beenie Man, the “Lovers-Rock” Sanchez, the “Strong One” Etana, rising-star Christopher Martin and legend in the making Kymani Marley. Our goal, as it has been from the beginning, is to bring together a diverse range of incredible musical talent that will deliver. Join us and lets experience this beautiful music together!

Advertising agencies and their clients can benefit from sponsoring this event through media exposure, corporate image enhancement, networking, sales, and not to mention the public relations value attributed to being involved in such an event. The Annual JAMROCK Reggae Festival provides a unique vehicle by which to reach a specific market. Your company will enjoy high visibility in the marketing and promotion prior to and during the festival itself. This includes:
* 150,000 posters and fliers that will be distributed in the weeks before the event throughout the market and surrounding areas
* A 2-3-month radio schedule and on-air and television promotions using key Urban formatted stations in the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut
* A series of full page ads in the following publications: NY Daily News, Caribbean Life, Caribbean Link, and a host of others

Sponsors will enhance their corporate image by associating themselves with the JAMROCK Reggae Festival and its associated charities. Over the years this event has been recognized as the longest lasting festival in the United States, has been featured in numerous publications and has received numerous awards.

Through a series of ancillary events such as press parties, after-festival gatherings, volunteer appreciation parties and VIP/Sponsor Hospitality Room access, sponsors are offered an avenue to network themselves with other sponsors. This important opportunity can help companies achieve and further develop business goals with others of similar interests.
