As the Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB) continues its focus on special events and festivals, the organization has once again provided sponsorship support for the staging of the17th Annual Reggae Sumfest.  The week-long festival takes place July 19-25 in Jamaica’s resort capital, Montego Bay.  As is customary, the festival kicks off with a beach party on July 19 to be followed by three nights of electrifying live performances beginning on July 23.

According to John Lynch, Jamaica’s Director of Tourism, “The Jamaica Tourist Board is excited to sponsor and support Reggae Sumfest once again this year. As one of Jamaica’s premiere events showcasing the island’s musical talents, Reggae Sumfest will also promote Montego Bay and Jamaica as a target vacation destination.
