The Art Of Being Still

I woke up this morning with a deep inner need to be still.
I was not in the best of health yesterday, and found myself getting anxious about what I would share with you today.
There are many thing I could write about, but I respect you so much for taking the time to stop by and read my thoughts, I didn’t want to just write something for the sake of writing.
My written expressions has to be genuine, relevant and add value to your life. As least that is my intention.
With that being said; somedays, less is better.
The less you say or do, the more you can accomplish sometimes.
Your time is valuable. You have people to see and deadlines to meet. So I promise to be brief.
Today is the only day you have.
Be still.
Enjoy every single experience the day has to offer you. Don’t rush.
Demonstrate self control. You have the power within to overcome all things and anyone who will try to annoy you.
Be patient. You want what you want right now, but the best results are those gained by being patient.
Express gratitude. With this new day, you received a new slate to make things right.
Be kind. You might be the only Jesus someone get’s to meet.
Sometimes we get so caught with life, and accruing more, we tend to forget that what really matters is quality. Quality relationships and quality experiences.
That’s it.
Simple and to the point.
So tell me, what do you think about this simplified approach to writing?
