The Case for Impeachment

Some readers of this blog argue that my accusations against Trump are without factual support. They demand details.

First, the case for  his impeachment:

  1. Obstruction of justice
  2. Violations of the Foreign Emoluments Clause and Domestic Emoluments Clause of the United States Constitution;
  3. Conspiring with others to:commit crimes against the United States and attempting to conceal those crimes
  4. Advocating illegal violence, giving aid and comfort to neo-Nazis, and undermining the constitutional provision of equal protection under the law;
  5.  Abusing the power to pardon
  6. Recklessly threatening nuclear war against foreign nations, undermining and subverting the essential diplomatic functions and authority of federal agencies and engaging in other conduct that grossly and wantonly endangers the peace and security of the United States
  7. Attempting to subvert the Department of Justice and other law enforcement agencies
  8. Undermining constitutional protections for freedom of the press.

Obviously, there’s no way I can detail the voluminous evidence that exists. For that, I must refer you to the links at the end of this blog.

Surely, though, whatever you may think of Trump’s presidency, you could not possibly condone the influence organized crime must have with this man in the White House. He is a documented associate of domestic and international felons – and very probably a member of some illegal network.

Yet my case against Trump isn’t just his total disregard for the law and the rules governing his office. My objection is to the man as a human being. He is simply unfit to be admitted to any decent person’s living room much less to occupy the White House.

His personal offenses include:

  1. Lewd and lascivious acts
  2. Disregard for the truth
  3. Corrupt and larcenous business practices
  4. Disregard for the law and contempt for the rule of law
  5. Obnoxious and bullying behavior
  6. Racism and support of subversive racist organizations
  7. Dangerously impetuous and reckless outbursts
  8. Blasphemous exploitation of the American people’s belief in Jesus Christ

I have no doubt he will eventually receive God’s justice – unless he repents and reforms before it is too late.

But in the meantime, he presents a clear and present danger to millions of innocent people not only in America but also around the world.

I am convinced that his removal from office is a matter of life-and-death urgency.
