Third World To Perform Live On Sirius XM’s The Joint Today, April 5, 2011

Third World, one of the most recognizable reggae bands in the world, will perform live in the SiriusXM studios in New York City. SiriusXM listeners will hear the band perform songs from their new album Patriots before the album is available for sale.

The performance will air live on Monday, April 4 at 3:00 pm ET and will be rebroadcast on Sunday, April 10 at 11:00 pm ET on The Joint, Sirius channel 84 and XM channel 86.

The Joint plays reggae music from its roots to today.  Listeners will hear artists such as Bob Marley & the Wailers, Gregory Isaacs, Jimmy Cliff, Burning Spear, Vybz Kartel, Capleton, Dennis Brown, Sizzla, Beres Hammond and Jah Cure.
