Triple 7 Entertainment Announces The Launch Of New E-Magazine

Triple 7 Entertainment has been standing on the edge of something new and profound – at least we think so.  That “something” is our new e-magazine, TRIPLE THE FOCUS.  Not the typical humdrum publication, the monthly Lifestyle, Entertainment and Music publication, gives our clients and other artists the platform to showcase their lives outside of music and to connect with their fans on a deeper level.

With the assistance of Mikelah Rose, Art and Content Director and Victor E. Lewis, Creative Director, Editor-in-Chief Stacey Bethel was able to put together the premiere issue that features legendary reggae band, Third World Band, rising stars Delus and Keida, new recording artist, Recruit and reggae artist, Gramps Morgan.  In addition to the features, there are two very thought provoking articles.  The first talks about the role that reggae music plays in pop culture and the second, a honest no holds barred take on the current “business” of reggae music highlighting Mavado’s newly signed deal with DJ Khaled’s label and Vybz Kartel, the brand.

Stacey Bethel remarks, “This feels great and I am extremely proud. First I have to say I am so blessed to have Mikelah and Vic in my corner. This is not something I planned or brainstormed for months. It popped in my head, I outlined how I envisioned the layout and emailed it to both Vic and Mikelah. Before I knew it, with their support, we were putting together the premiere issue. Wow, that to me speaks volumes. Additionally, I have to thank our clients for also coming on board. And Gramps Morgan is just so sweet to have taken time out of his schedule to answer questions for his feature. It’s a journey, one I hope that readers will take with me every month.”

What makes this publication different? Victor E. Lewis adds, “It’s honest and it is not all about an artist’s career. It is about their life, what they do when they have free time and their other passions. It is a humanizing journey – allowing us to show fans that the artists they love are also humans and have interests outside of music. And that they are no different than us. I think it will resonate well with the masses.”

Mikelah goes on to say, “As Art and Content Director, I love the behind the scenes photos. Fans will get to see a couple of photos from Keida’ recent photo shoot as well as photos from Third World’s European Tour. I also love the Ads that we have in the premiere issue. The colors are very vibrant and rich. It gives the e-magazine a great pop of color that makes it cheerful.”
